SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Our standard procedure is to pack and dispatch orders within 1 - 2 business days from receipt of order. Custom-made orders will be produced on order, please allow 2-3 weeks for production.

Shipping times can vary, below is a guide:

WA - 2 - 4 days
SA - 2 - 4 days
NT - 2 - 4 days
VIC - 3 - 7 days
TAS - 3 - 7 days
QLD - 3 - 7 days

If there are any delays, we shall notify you.

Orders within Australia are shipped inclusive of the quoted price

If you are located outside of Australia we are delighted to ship, however, we will need a location and the quantity of cushion covers to allow us to achieve the most efficient shipping price.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not expect construction problems. All cushions are stitched with the highest quality cottons, seams are overlocked thus providing the strength of 5 strands of cotton on each seam. Zips are colour matched where possible.

Should you have an issue with your cushion/s please contact us immediately explaining what the problem is with a photograph to allow us to evaluate the problem.
